United Call Centers has been awarded again with AAA certification by Dun & Bradstreet

Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, based in Jacksonville, Florida, is one of the world's largest business database services companies, providing primarily risk and financial analysis for clients worldwide in a wide variety of government and business sectors, but also researching global business issues. Often referred to as D&B, the company, founded in New York in 1841, currently employs 11,000 people in 38 countries, serving more than 2 million customers daily with business information products and services, and a database of more than 300 million companies worldwide.

United Call Centers has been awarded again with AAA Certification by Dun & Bradstreet this year. The AAA, AA, A rating was introduced in 1989 and Hungarian companies have had the opportunity to demonstrate their business stability in the form of a certificate since 1996.

The rating is based on data from several official sources. In the case of Hungarian companies, these include data from the Ministry of Justice, registrations at the Court of Registration, the National Tax and Customs Administration and other authorities. In addition to data from official sources, the rating incorporates financial information on the company, current balance sheet data, profit and loss accounts and trends. It takes into account the demographics of the company or organisation, i.e. age, activity, size, owners and their affiliations. From the data of the Payment Experience program, it incorporates into the rating whether the business pays its bills on time or late, i.e. with what kind of payment discipline. In addition to the above, the system also adds a range of other collected information to the Dun & Bradstreet rating, such as any enforcement data or press reports about the company.

Only 9.82% of companies in Hungary are rated AAA, AA or A. The financial risk of doing business with AAA (triple A) rated companies is extremely low. Richárd Kozma, Managing Director of United Call Centers, said the following about this year's certification:

While the most important aspect is always what we do and how we do it, the revelance of a solid background and a balanced operation should not be underestimated, as it is a guarantee of quality service and satisfaction, whether for our clients or our employees."
